Recently beavers have been constructing dams in Tahoe Lake that resulted in reduced water flow, and which ultimately would have stopped the required water flow.  The beavers will be trapped in order to stop them from constructing dams.  Please be aware that traps marked with green flags have been placed in the area of Tahoe Lake as necessary to address this issue. Please stay away from these traps, and keep children and pets away from the Tahoe Lake area until further notice.  Thank you for your cooperation.
