In accordance with the Department of Natural Resources Code NR 107.04(4) riparian property owners adjacent to the treatment area must receive notice that the Honey Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District intends to treat up to 64 acres on Honey Lake, Delmonte Lake and/or Tahoe Lake with aquatic pesticides to control aquatic nuisances.  The treatments would take place between April 1 and September 30, 2023.  A copy of the permit application(s) are available here  and in the kiosk located at the park on Shervin Drive.
