HONEY LAKE PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING – Notice is hereby given to all electors within the District and to all owners of property within the District, that a special meeting of the Honey Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District, IN THE COUNTY OF Walworth, Wisconsin will be held on the 19th day of May, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. for the following purpose:  To authorize the District Board of Commissioners of the Honey Lake Protection and Rehabilitation District to borrow the sum of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100,000) for the purpose of financing dam repair and maintenance AND, levy upon all the taxable property of the District a direct and irrepealable annual tax for the purpose of paying, and sufficient to pay both the interest on the loan as it becomes due and repay the loan principal within 5 years of making of the loan. The meeting will be held at the Rochester Village Hall at 300 West Spring Street, Rochester, WI (Next to the Rochester Public Library).
